Hey All!
Quick update: Last Epoch mats are in production, if you're still waiting on a last epoch mat they should be here before the end of the month. There's a few orders that got lost in the shuffle of me moving across country. If you messaged me about that it's either taken care of or in the process. If you haven't received anything please let me know so I can fix it.

Fulfillment update

Hey everyone!
There's a few stragglers for fulfillment I'm trying to track down. It looks like there was about 10 orders that got lost in the mix. Excluding anyone who backed for the last epoch mat. I'm still working on those.
For the people who haven't received their shipment yet I'm working on tracking down where those orders went and will get them out next week.
For everyone who backed for a last epoch mat. I'm still working on getting the files set up for that. I'm sorry it's taken so long. If you'd like to pick a different mat in the meantime I'd be happy to do that. Otherwise I'll figure out an eta on the Last Epoch mats. Once again sorry for the delay.
If anyone has any questions please feel free to reach out via message. I try to check the messages once every couple of weeks however, a move and life transitions have gotten in the way over the last month. I assure you everything is still coming and I'm still here!

Hi everyone!
First off you all deserve a huge thanks for your patience with me during this fulfillment process. I know some of your orders are a couple months late, but I finally got through almost everything today! Here's where I'm at:
Packed AND shipped 50 orders today
Packed and labeled 30 international orders
Packed but haven't labeled 30 more international orders
I'll finish the labeling tomorrow and have everything in the mail by monday!
International backers: Shipping internationally can take anywhere between 1 to 3 weeks depending on distance from the US. So, bare with me while those are enroute to you. I'd say this time next month reach out if you haven't received yours, I'll let you know what the status is!
However, there's a minor snag. I ran into another inventory problem. I'm missing about 10 deskmats to finish fulfillment. If yours is in that 10 I am so deeply sorry. I'm going to order the remainder tonight, and they should be in within a couple weeks to go out.
Otherwise everything is wrapping up!

Hey all,
Quick update here. about 30% of you haven't received your pledge yet but don't worry it's still coming.
This month I got a few more packages out but unfortunately I still haven't finished. I have been traveling constantly for conventions and tomorrow I'm leaving for the largest game convention: Essen. I'm so sorry to inform you that I won't be able to finish shipping until I'm back at the end of the month.
But everything is all set, labels are made, I'll get them out to you asap.
