Production Update

Hey all!

We just broke 90% on survey completion yesterday, and have been enjoying the responses! Seeing which styles are the most popular have helped us lock-in our production run. While it may be sooner, we’d like to set mid to late August as our expected delivery dates.

WE HAVE LIFTOFF

The home stretch is here, the problems are sorted as far as we can tell... it's time to check those inboxes and pick which style has your name on it!

Thank you all for your patience as we got some things worked out on the back-end. Keep an eye out for your survey email via Backerkit (they send out in waves, so expect it within 24-48 hours), and if you have any questions please don't hesitate to shoot us a message.

Second Delay in Surveys

First the negative, and then the positive.

The Negative:

Surveys are yet again delayed, as we try and figure out what is going on with Backerkit. Our initial delay over a week ago was our oversight, but this time we did everything right and we still need to push this back a bit longer... BUT!

The Positive:

Our print run is still looking to keep the same schedule, and we've hired a third party with almost a decade in shipping experience for fulfillment (they've got machines that fold / tape their boxes, you guys... it's pretty rad).

Worst case scenario, we ditch Backerkit and rebuild surveys natively in Kickstarter, and get them sent out next week.

Slight Delay in Backerkit surveys

Hey everybody,

We had a slight oversight with Backerkit. They require a manual review of surveys before we are able to send them out to you all, which has pushed back our timeline by a few days. Keep an eye on your inboxes this weekend however, as you should be seeing them soon!

Backerkit, Production Update, and Shipping!

Hey everyone! Just wanted to run through where our timeline is currently at for you; as we mentioned in a previous update, we’ve partnered with Backerkit to help with fulfillment.

Backerkit surveys will start hitting your inbox on Wednesday (you’ll get a link sent to the email you have associated with your Kickstarter account). Here you’ll be able to choose which styles you’d like and fill-in your shipping info.

One week after that, we’ll move into production, and a month after that shipping will commence!

We look forward to seeing which styles resonate the most with you all, and as always we thank you for being part of the N3 Art family!
