2nd Wave Shipping Update

Hey all!
First off I'm so sorry for the radio silence, my life has been a whirlwind of craziness. I know in the last update I said I'd finish fulfillment this month and it hasn't happened. I'm sorry, I dropped the ball on that. However, I am going to be in New York over the next week for New York Comic Con and as SOON as I get back I'm going to finish the fulfillment. It's my #1 priority.
Once again I really appreciate your patience with me on this.
First I wasn't expecting the factory to make the mistake they did on production. I've been working with this factory for 4 years and this is the first mistake they've made in that whole time.
Then I was planning on fulfilling everything through a true fulfillment center but since there was the mix up on inventory I took it upon myself and I'm a one person operation here wearing a lot of hats. So every delay is severely impactful.
But I really appreciate your support and thank you for understanding. As soon as I get back my top priority is finishing the fulfillment!

Second Wave Shipping Starting Soon!

Thanks so much for your patience with this Kickstarter, I have great news!
For everyone still waiting on their reward I just received the second shipment of missing mats so I can finally complete all of the orders!
Expect shipping to start again tomorrow and should wrap up throughout the week!

50% fulfilled!

Hello everyone!
Quick update on fulfillment:
We are a little over 50% fulfilled at the moment! However, we're running into an issue with inventory. Like we mentioned before the factory was short product and we're still waiting for them to get more materials in. So, it looks like we won't be able to finish fulfillment until about September.
Because we're waiting on more inventory, I decided to just go ahead and fulfill this kickstarter myself. I sent out about 90 packages last week! I think we have enough product to hit 70-75% fulfillment. However there's about 25% that won't be able to be fulfilled until more inventory arrives.
I'm terribly sorry if your order is in that 25% and you're having to wait until september. But I'll keep you updated as I get more news. Thank you for your patience, and thank you so much for your support!

Fulfillment Update! Product has arrived!

Hey gamers!
While I was at GenCon this weekend something showed up at my house!
I've been talking to my fulfillment partners about the timeline: As soon as I get home I'll create a shipment of all additional add-ons that were purchased then send everything to the fulfillment center! They think they can knock out all of the orders in one day so I imagine that we'll be wrapping up fulfillment by the middle of the month and everything should be on its way to you!
Lastly we still have about 20 deskmats missing so, I'm going to find another manufacturer to produce those so we don't have to wait weeks for my main vendor to get blanks back in stock.

Domestic Shipping & Production Update, and survey lock

Good evening backers!
We have a few announcements today regarding production and shipping. Deskmats have begun to arrive from the manufacturer, and our distributor will begin shipping within three weeks! (International backers, stay tuned)
However, we have a handful of you who have not yet completed your Backerkit survey. We will be locking surveys Monday, August 5th. If you are reading this after August 5th, shoot us a message through Kickstarter and we will happily fulfill your order.
As always, thank you all so very much for your support. We couldn't have done this without you! When packages start leaving our warehouse, we'll let you know (along with details for a contest-of-sorts we'd like to run...)
